Admission to Sudpur High School (H.S.)

Admissions are open for Classes V–XII, across both General and Vocational streams. Here's how to apply.

Eligibility

Who can apply

✓ Age and prior class as per West Bengal Board / State Government norms

✓ Open to students from Sudpur and surrounding villages

✓ Transfer Certificate from previous school (for lateral entry)

✓ Mark sheet / progress report of the last class attended

Academic Year 2026–27

Class V

Applications may be submitted online, or on the school's prescribed paper form.
Forms will be available in December — the exact date will be announced separately.
Admission is done through a Lottery (random selection); the Authority's decision is final.

Class VI – IX

Applications may be submitted online, or on the school's prescribed paper form.
Admission is subject to seat availability; no lottery is involved for these classes.
A Transfer Certificate from the previous school is required at the time of admission.

Class XI

Admission forms are issued after the Madhyamik examination results are published.
A formal notice will be released closer to the time — please watch the Notice Board.

Fees

Sudpur High School (H.S.) is a Government-sponsored institution. The annual admission fee for Classes V to X is nominal, as fixed by the Government.

Procedure

Use the online Student Registration form, or visit the School Office in person during working hours.

Provide Transfer Certificate, previous mark sheet and other documents requested by the Admin desk.

The School Admin verifies the submitted details and confirms the class and section for the student.

Once confirmed, the student receives login access to the online Student Portal for routine, results and materials.
